Students may learn the Series; Cosmic Healing Way Qigong Program, Tai Chi Quan Program, Health Qigong Program, etc. Each program has subdivisions. You may learn the Full Series or parts of the Series until completion; for example Elementary Series 1 or 2. Or learn Liu Zi Jue or the Full Series.
Instructors will complete an intense 200 hours within a prescribed timeframe of 3 months each per series. A Full Program consists of 3 series totaling 600 hours.
Student and Instructor/ Teacher Programs differ. Teachers get more technical, practical, and theoretical knowledge. They also are certified as national or international technical coaches under SA Health Qigong Association – SAHQA, International Health Qigong Federation – IHQF, Beijing respectively.

The Cosmic Healing Way Qigong Program in its simplest explanation is; Self Care Daoist Martial Art & Medicine Classics Evolved. Created by Dr. Jeff Lan to assist both beginners and experienced players with an easier learning and acquisition process of skills and ability within merging Daoist Qigong and Meditation techniques. This is done to assist the modern lifestyle as well as the time-constrained obligations normally required within these individual practices. Self-healing, enhance the practitioners healing ability, unify the mind, congenital nature and congenital life force, connecting Jing – Qi – Shen, understanding ones emotion from negative energy to positive energy, cultivate and nourish the Qi, technical details on how to sink the Qi in lower dantian, while assuming postures sitting, standing or lying down, work and process in detail how to execute dantian breathing, understand the process of grounding.
Tai Chi Quan helps us to separate the Yin and Yang of the body while in motion, within this stillness it helps to harmonise Yin and Yang, allowing for the activation of the meridians and collaterals, to enhance the regulation and flow of Qi and blood circulation, to balance and stabalise the central equilibrium, working on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, by relaxing the physical body, defining and distinguishing between the principle of full and empty to allow our whole gravity to drop down completely, as well as allowing the sinking of Qi into the lower dantian/cauldron of life. Where do I start
One should always start at the beginning to ensure, a progressive understanding, to arrive at a logical, and applicable phase of each step. To start any program; you will need to start with the basics, such as the courses, “how-to” lessons. In order to do tai chi, meditate, or learn to heal; be it the self or others; your basic knowledgeability needs to be amplified. The techniques taught are geared toward an assist, both for self-healing and that of the healer or practitioner, allowing the ability to heal without loss of vitality.
Which is best online or face to face?
It all depends on the client’s needs and ability to train on their own. We have made it possible that both online and face to face have a similar feel and approach. Of course! Online is an amazing reference library in case some technical things are forgotten. It is beneficial to use both systems for reference and training on your own with guided tutorials. This makes live lessons more rewarding when training with the instructor during a session.
Can I enhance my skills and ability?
To add to the forms taught; we will expand with alternative methods that are specific to certain areas of skills enhancement and ability amplification. An example is the Bone Marrow Regeneration Exercise; normally trained in conjunction with Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qigong training. The details assist with the related fundamentals toward becoming a well-rounded practitioner of not only skills-based content but amplifying ability too. We release content related to TCM aka Traditional Chinese Medicine and philosophy (philosophy is integrated into specific related course topics for easier understanding).
I have heard of Dim Mak aka Death Touch?
Chinese martial arts, Daoist healing, and its philosophies form the basic fundamental building blocks which are beneficial toward the healing Chinese martial arts practices of Tai Chi Quan, Qigong, and its complementary, TCM therapy. Tui Na, Bonesetting, Chinese herbs and Acupuncture form the nucleus of TCM. They cannot be separated. In the past, the master not only taught his understudy to fight but to heal as well. It would be beneficial for the understudy to compliment his art with TCM knowledge; to connect to the body functioning and flow of energy; used for defence against an opponent.
