The course is designed around each individual’s diagnostics and cannot be pursued without the correct and proper guidance, corresponding treatments and practices, as prescribed by Dr. J.A. Lan. Dr. Jeff Lan cannot be held liable should patients undertake to do so without proper supervision as stipulated. Practice these exercises each day until you see the benefits, but do not stop once you feel a bit better. The routine must be a part of your life always so that you remain healthy all the time.
